Let’s plan a trip.

We know many of you are traveling from near and far to join us in London, and we truly appreciate all the time and effort you're putting into being there. To make your journey a little easier, we've put together some helpful info to ensure your trip is smooth sailing from start to finish!

Passports & visa’s

To enter the UK, a US citizen's passport must be valid for the entire duration of their stay.

Starting January 2025, all U.S. citizens transiting through or traveling to the UK for tourism, family visits, etc. will require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to travel. Please apply for our ETA HERE. We recommend downloading the app to fill out your application — which should cost ~£16 to apply.

Getting to london

By Plane

London is served by several major airports, making it easy to find a flight that suits you. The three largest international airports are:

  • Heathrow Airport (LHR) – The busiest and most convenient for most international travelers, just a short journey into central London.

  • Gatwick Airport (LGW) – A major hub with plenty of international connections, about 30 minutes from central London.

  • London City Airport (LCY) – Perfect for those flying in from Europe, located just 20 minutes from the heart of the city.

By Train

If you’re coming from within the UK or nearby countries, London’s major train stations will bring you right into the action.

  • King’s Cross Station – Convenient for travelers coming from the north and Scotland, with direct connections to Europe via the Eurostar.

  • Paddington Station – Ideal for those arriving from the west or Wales, as well as quick access to Heathrow Airport.

  • Waterloo Station – Great for travelers coming from the south, including those from Paris on the Eurostar.
